Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident picking up a new candle from us. If something isn’t quite what you expected, we keep the return process simple and straightforward.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
Your item just needs to be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Packaged in its original container

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Using a trackable service is recommended so everything arrives safely.

How Refunds Work

Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, you’ll get an email letting you know whether it’s been approved.
If approved, your refund is sent back to your original payment method.
Banks and card providers may take a few extra days to finish processing.

If Your Refund Isn’t Showing

If it seems delayed:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Reach out to your bank
